WEEKLY PLANS

I’ve been feeling a bit under the weather this week. Therefore, the main focus is to relax, drink lots of water, take it slow, watch movies and so on. During the later days of the week, I have scheduled a few workouts, start packing for Copenhagen Fashion Week and record a collaboration. On Friday night, Patricia and Sara will come over for dinner.

WEEKLY INSPIRATION

Wellness habit – My LPG session at Zaras Hälsofokus. Amazing, amazing, amazing!

Daily habit – my morning coffee and walk this week. I haven’t been able to workout (and I really miss it!) so these walks have been everything.

Podcast – The Blonde Files Podcast. So entertaining and really hands-on when it comes to beauty and wellness.

Food – Scrambled eggs. With ketchup. On everything.

Influencer – Sofia Richie. Love everything she does!
