SOME MONDAY THINGS & THOUGHTS

Started my morning with megaformer at BeCore. The best start to the week! I’ve been loving low impact workouts lately and this one just gets me in such a mood.

Creamy greek yoghurt and my favorite granola for breakfast. Of course also coffee, lots of coffee. Hehe.

A sunny iced coffee to-go from Schmaltz. The perfect mid-day pick me up when running errands.

Today’s outfit. Wearing comfy, wide and way too long jeans but what’s new? Story of my life, hehe.

3 things things I’m grateful for today? The amazing summer weather, my genuine friends who are there for me through everything and my cute dog.

3 small things I loved about today? The feeling after my workout, the taste of my morning coffee and my slow stroll in the city with a podcast in my ears.

3 things I look forward to this week? Working out, keep on seeing my life- and business coach and dinner at a new restaurant with my best friend.

3 things I want to do this week? Celebrate my amazing mom this Sunday, cook and share more recipes here,

3 small habits I want to incorporate this week? Start my day with movement, journal every evening and try to romanticise the small things in life. Less is more.
