WEEKLY PLANS

Monday – The day passed by really quickly, but I had a meeting, did an LPG-treatment, did a heavy leg workout and had dinner with my mom and dad. Such a cozy Monday in my life.

Tuesday – Today is all about work. Admin work from the computer in the morning, record Tiktoks during noon and then I will meet up with my beloved Alva for some coffee and maybe a little wine in Summer-Stockholm. Can’t wait! I’ve missed her so.

Wednesday – Starting the day with a Barre-class together with Lovisa and Stronger, followed by breakfast from Pom & Flora. After that I will have to move quickly, lol, because I have lots of work and then an event together with Ahlvar Gallery at Hallwylska. At 6 pm, I finally get to see my darling Lotta again for a dinner at a new restaurant. Can’t wait!

Thursday – I’ve planned a slow morning because I need at least a couple of those per week, hehe. During the day, the plan is to meet up with Lotta and shoot a couple of outfits together. It’s going to be sunny and warm, but I guess we’ll do our best. In the evening I have a fun dinner planned with Bikbok.

Friday – Megaformer at 07.30 am and then the day is full on busy because in the evening I’ve invited my friends and family over for some drinks to celebrate my graduation and upcoming 25th birthday. I’M SO EXCITED FOR THIS! I love to celebrate and my motto in life is to celebrate everything, hehe.

Weekend – Sun and water on Saturday, together with mom and dad and then probably a workout and breakfast on Sunday. Sounds very, very lovely in my ears.

WEEKLY FAVORITES

Song – ”All of the Lights” the Tiktok remix version, haha. Makes me so excited for summer!

Food – My morning smoothies. On a smoothie kick lately and I’ve been loving to start my day with a smoothie and some toasts.

Inspiration – Josefine HJ and her effortlessly cool content. I’m obsessed!

Habit – My morning coffee after breakfast. Leaves me energized and is easy on my stomach if I have it after something else.

Book – Atomic Habits by James Clear. One of my most valuable reads in a long time.
